Views for WPForms v3.5.3 Release Notes

We’re happy to announce the release of Views for WPForms v3.5.3. This update introduces a much-requested feature to help site admins manage entries more efficiently, along with an important bug fix for custom HTML.

New Feature: Duplicate Entry

Managing form submissions often requires reusing or cloning existing entries. With v3.5.3, you can now duplicate entries directly from any View.

  • To enable this, simply add the new Duplicate Entry Link field to your View.
  • The option works in both table and list layouts.
  • Once added, admins will see a link for each entry that allows them to instantly create a duplicate.

This feature is particularly useful when you need to:

  • Recreate an existing submission with only minor changes.
  • Save time by avoiding repetitive data entry.
  • Maintain consistency in entries when working with recurring or similar records.

Fixes in This Release

  • Custom HTML stability: Previously, Views could break if you added <script> tags or JavaScript directly inside a custom HTML field. This has now been resolved, so your Views will remain stable even when custom scripts are included.

Why Update

Updating to v3.5.3 ensures you have access to the new Duplicate Entry functionality while keeping your Views more stable and reliable.
